Myanmar (Burma) Cyclone Aid

Wouldn't it be awesome if there was some blood test that one had to pass to show that they were moral enough to lead a nation of people?  Myanmar, which has been under military for the last sixty plus years, suffered a deadly cyclone a little under a week ago and many have not received aid.

This is not for a lack of trying, Doctors without borders, the U.N. and many others have attempted to bring aid and supplies into the area.  They have all been turned away.  I'm no fucking rocket scientist, but that seems mighty controlling.  In a P.R. attempt Myanmar has had it's local media outlets publish photos of American Military Planes bringing food and supplies into the country.  Even by U.S. government accounts Myanmar has not done enough to help it's people, and if they say it's bad it bad (see Hurricane Katrina).
